Pet insurance is recommended, not required. It helps your pet get vet care quickly. Without insurance, any vet costs are paid by you.

Your privacy. We only use your documents to keep your pet safe and confirm who can collect them. Stored securely and deleted 90 days after checkout.

Agreement

Please read, tick each box and sign with your finger or mouse.

1. Care. You leave your pet in Ark Farm's care for the dates booked. We feed, exercise, clean and look after them.

2. True information. What you told us about your pet's health and behaviour is true. You are responsible if it is not.

3. Vet care. If your pet is unwell and we can't reach you, we take them to a vet. Costs go to you, the owner, or to your insurer if you have one.

4. Payment. You pay the full stay upfront: online now, by bank transfer before drop-off, or in cash at drop-off. You get a receipt for every payment. No refund if you cancel, don't arrive or collect early. Full refund if we can't accept your pet.

5. Collection and late fees. Collect your pet by 8pm on your pick-up date. Each late day is charged at the nightly price plus a AED 50 late fee. If a pet is not collected and we can't reach you after 7 days, we inform Dubai Municipality and the police and follow their direction, including transfer to a licensed shelter. You still owe all fees.

6. Your data. We keep your documents safe and delete ID copies 90 days after checkout.
