Yes. You get a receipt on screen straight after booking, and a copy by email and WhatsApp. Cash payments get a receipt on the spot.

Yes, the full stay is paid upfront: online when you book, by bank transfer before drop-off, or in cash at drop-off.

Bookings are non-refundable if you cancel, don't arrive or collect early. If we can't accept your pet, you get a full refund.

Message us on WhatsApp. If there's space we'll move your booking; any extra nights are charged at the normal price.

Share your code with a friend. When they book their first stay, your pet gets one free night on your next booking.

Yes. Our cool, safe van collects from your door and brings your pet home. Zone 1 is AED 50 each way, Zone 2 AED 75, Zone 3 AED 100. Drop-off at the farm is free.

Every day, 10am to 8pm, weekends included. Pick-up must be by 8pm on your pick-up date.

Each late day costs the nightly price plus a AED 50 late fee. Please message us if your plans change so we can extend the stay. If a pet is not collected and we can't reach you for 7 days, we must inform Dubai Municipality and the police.

Yes, if you name them when you book. They need to show their ID.

Cats, dogs, birds and small pets like rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and tortoises. For any other animal, message us and we'll send a quote.

Feeding is included in the nightly price: we feed your pet at their usual times. Bring their own food for free so their tummy stays happy, or use Ark Farm food for a small daily charge: AED 5 for birds and small pets, AED 10 for cats and small dogs, AED 15 for big dogs. Special diets and raw food: please bring your own.

Food, any medicine, and a favourite blanket or toy that smells of home. We have beds, bowls and litter.

Yes. Pets rest in air-conditioned rooms, and outdoor play is in the cooler morning and evening hours.

Only friendly dogs of a similar size play together, always with our team watching. Cats, birds and small pets have their own quiet areas.

Yes, a team member stays on the farm overnight.

Yes, any time of day, and it's free. Message us on WhatsApp so someone is ready to show you around, before you book or during your pet's stay.

Dogs: rabies and DHPP, plus kennel cough. Cats: rabies and the core cat vaccine. Vaccines must still be valid on your pick-up date. Ask your vet if you're not sure.

It's recommended, not required. Insurance helps your pet get the best vet care quickly. Without it, any vet costs are paid by you.

We call you straight away and take your pet to our partner vet. Treatment costs go to you or your insurance.

Yes, once puppies and kittens have finished their vaccines. Older pets and pets on medicine are welcome; tell us what they need.

We follow UAE law, so breeds banned in the UAE can't stay with us.

To confirm who owns the pet and who can collect them. It's stored securely and deleted 90 days after checkout.
